Working principle of frequency conversion motor

Frequency conversion motor can play such an important role, and its structure is inseparable. Its working principle is based on the construction principle, so we need to understand its construction principle first. Frequency conversion motor is mainly composed of two parts: motor and frequency converter. The function of frequency converter here is to adjust the frequency of the machine. In the selection of frequency conversion special motor can be in accordance with the standard size of ordinary asynchronous motor selection. (2) Forced air cooling is adopted. At the end of the motor, a special air barrel is equipped with a fan to force air cooling the motor. Because frequency conversion speed regulation will appear at low speed heat dissipation problem. (3) Proper improvement of magnetic circuit or material has a better effect on the suppression of high order harmonics and ensures sufficient torque output at low speed.
